Formation Cloud Solutions

Carl Snyman (Formation CEO) and George Rushby (Formation CTO) have started a new AWS professional services company, Formation Cloud Solutions, in May 2024.

The AWS Partner, Acacia Cloud Solutions, founded by Carl Snyman (Acacia CEO) and George Rushby (Acacia CTO), was acquired by Dimension Data (now NTT Data) in April 2021. See the full press release on ITWeb.

Carl Snyman and George Rushby will continue to provide AWS professional services to NTT Data customers from May 2024.
